The children were distraught from the continuous emergence of bugs
Negative: The house is infected with wood lice and spiders. It was not cleaned an arrival as advised.

Lovely, quirky house with plenty of space in a brilliant location.
Positive: Location was great. Quiet but within a stone's throw of the centre of Kendal
Negative: Sent the wrong key code but it was sorted eventually. Couldn't make the second double room dark as shutters didn't quite meet!
